Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are generally final.

However, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you genuinely feel that the product did not provide the value described on the product page, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

To request a refund, please include your order number and briefly explain what did not meet your expectations.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

We will also gladly assist if:

• You received the wrong file.

• Your file is corrupted or cannot be opened.

• You were charged twice for the same product.

• You did not receive your download.

Due to the nature of digital products, refund requests made after 7 days may not be accepted.
